Do I qualify for services?
If you live in Missouri, have active medicaid or private pay, and need help with daily living activities, you may contact us to the referral process. Quality Comfort Services will contact the state department for you and start the assessment process. Once the state assessor determines you are eligible for services, they develop a care plan and contact Quality Comfort Services so we can schedule your first visit.

Providing medication reminders for older adults and persons with disabilities.
Advanced Personal Care

Maintenance services provided in a participant’s home to assist with activities of daily living when this assistance requires use of devices and procedures related to altered body functions.
Respite Care

Provided in home care for the purpose of relief to a caregiver who lives with the participant.
